Mitchell College

I attend Mitchell College in New London, CT as I previously stated and I want to tell anyone who is listening from the CT area if you can go to school here. It is the best small college in CT by far. Fuck Western and Eastern and all that shit. Mitchell has the best faculty for the most part except for a few idiots and one asshole in particular who thinks he runs the place but is just a moron. The counselors are the best I have had anywhere and I have been to big college's like Northeastern University in Boston, MA and Central Connecticut State University as well as Salve Regina in Newport, RI. These schools are great and look even better on a resume coming out of college into the job market for the first time but you don't get the attention you need to learn and really grow as a person in a place like that. At least for someone like me anyways. I need one on one time every now and again to make sure I understand what is going on in class. The scenery is beautiful in New London looking out onto Long Island Sound and watching the ferry's go by is one of the most peaceful things I do now. It's a nice slow paced environment for kids and adults like myself looking for something a little more personal. I highly recommend this institution and all the professors and staff that work there. The sports program is pretty good too with some really great, inspirational coaches. I mean that. Truly. If it weren't for Mitchell College giving me a second chance at an education I would be fucked right now. Thanks to my friends and connections there I have the opportunity to finish my Bachelors Degree in Business and who knows, maybe start another business one day. This time a legitimate business and totally one hundred percent on my own. Mitchell is a great place to begin your college education or pick up where you left off. Many adults attend class here as well as 19 year old kids fresh out of highschool. Diversity is one of the school's strong points if you ask me. Summer programs are offered, which will be starting in June and going through July and minimesters are also common in May and the winter for those that want to get a few courses in a very short amount of time, two weeks to be precise. Do yourself a big favor and check it out online at Mitchell.edu.com.
