Hit the link to view the article and check some of these items off your shopping list, or not, depending on how much stock you put in the article. Some of the choices will surprise you. They certainly surprised the hell out of me. Listed are Google's Nexus 4, yup, as well as Windows 8 and Microsoft's Surface RT tablet. Not too many real shockers except the Nexus 4 but still a list worth reviewing if your planning on buying loved ones tech goodies for Christmas this year.
