Jar of Beans is an Android Emulator that will run on most anything including Windows and is pretty feature packed if you want to check it out over on XDA developers. The emulator comes with full working root and SuperUser installed along with a working version of Busybox. Google Play Store is also included as well as other Google apps such as Gmail, ect. MX player and x86 codec are supported for video playback. The emulator also includes an experimental feature called libhoudini that will allow for ARM application compatibility. Drivers are included in the 7zip file so just extract it and your good to go. This is a fairly new emulator but I have been using it for a few days now and am very impressed with the functionality as well as the fluid user interface. I highly suggest you check it out whether your into Android development or not.
